Charming Classic Villa Only a Few Minutes from Downtown

“Enter the garden with towering trees through a private driveway outside this breathtaking, secluded villa still in the heart of Crocetta. The perfect retreat for a Turin stage, the home spans three floors with ample space and a grand aesthetic.
It is not just a unique dwelling in its style and in its elegance , but also a strategic location. Despite being just minutes from the city center , you will have the impression of being outside the urban area thanks to the lovely garden with tall trees that surrounds and isolates it from the rest of the neighborhood , allowing you to enjoy the quietness and tranquility of your stay . 300 square meters of rooms on 3 floors are at your disposal. On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet.
Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival.”

“The apartment has been recently renovated, has a nice and current furniture, which combines modern furniture and lights, with some family pieces.
It is a two-room apartment consisting of living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, table for breakfast or to be used as a computer workstation, double room with 160 cm double bed, bathroom with shower and window, connection for any washing machine, if required for long stays. The apartment has a balcony on the back facade of the house, equipped with coffee table and two chairs, which allows smokers and not to have a sheltered place but outdoors.
The kitchenette is equipped with refrigerator, hob, sink. The dishwasher is not provided.
I will welcome guests upon arrival and will always be available on their mobile phone. I will be happy to provide all the useful information for a pleasant stay in Turin.
I also live with my family right next to the two-room apartment made available for guests, so there will be plenty of opportunities to get to know us.
The accommodation is located in Precollina, near the Po, in a very green residential area, a 10-minute walk from Porta Nuova, Gran Madre and Piazza Vittorio Veneto. The area has bars, restaurants and shops, as well as rowing and tennis clubs.”
Prestigious Historical Apartment in the Heart of Turin

“Sit at the piano next to a fireplace in a majestic hall with high ceilings with exposed beams, historic floors and doors, many touches of color and contemporary design.
In 100sqm there are also a small kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. Just out of the building you are in Piazza San Carlo, the most important square in the city. The windows of the master bedroom overlook the Egyptian museum. The courtyard of the building is shared with the most prestigious brands shops such as Prada and Chanel. You can’t find such a prestigious location better placed to explore Torino.
Maria Vittoria Due was our lovely house for several years. High original wooden celing of the XVIII century, the fine furniture and materials makes it unique. Hope you’ll love that place as I and my husband did.
Our guests will have access to the all apartment. There are two double rooms each one with its own bathroom and a sofa-bed for two in the living room, a walk-in closet, a small kitchen and a big living room.”

“The property includes the villa (2 double beds; 4 single beds) and a small dependence (2 single beds or 1 double bed). The GARDEN is around 2500 square meters large. The villa is arranged over 4 floors, connected by an elegant spiral staircase. It is structured as follows. GROUND FLOOR: open space with living room, kitchen and dining area, double sided fireplace; 1 bathroom with shower and bath tub Jacuzzi and views over the garden; spacious laundry; possibility to eat outside in a equipped area.
FIRST FLOOR: master bedroom, fireplace, corner bookshelf and wardrobe, 1 bathroom with shower, large terrace with sun loungers.
SECOND FLOOR: bedroom with two single beds and 2 drawer beds; 2 comfortable desks, wardrobe,1 bathroom with shower, balcony.
THIRD FLOOR: open space area with TV, sofa, armchairs and a double bed.
To make the most of the light the rooms are free of doors, except the bedroom on the first floor which has sliding door.
About SWIMMING POOL: length = 9 meters; width = from 3 to 6 meters; depth = 1 meter and 20 centimeters.
The DÉPENDANCE is in front of the pool and 30 meters from the villa (you can see the photos in the web site). It includes a little kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, wardrobe and a living with 2 big and comfortable chair-beds (when they are open are 2,00 meters x 0,9 meters). They can also be put together to become a double bed.”

“This new apartament is in a 18th century building, in the heart of the first Italian capital, in the largest arcaded square in Europe, Piazza Vittorio Veneto. It is on the second floor, in building with a lift.
The apartment has just been completely renovated. Large living area with kitchen equipped double sofa bed, bathroom, double bedroom with mezzanine and balcony. There are dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven.
Access to the apartment is for exclusive use.
The bedroom on the mezzanine is not suitable for people with mobility problems.”
