Beausoleil is more than just a castle, it’s a rich history and a vast estate. Although being the heart of the property, the castle is surrounded by 4 hectares where horses gallop and flourish on a daily basis.”

Colorful and contemporary, it has been furnished and decorated in the brocante spirit. Located less than 15 minutes walk from the train station, it is the ideal apartment to discover the city for a weekend or a longer stay.
Located in a quiet street of the historical center of Nantes, the apartment, built in duplex and recently renovated, is very easily accessible from the ground floor. The total surface area is 43 m2, including an entrance, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, toilets and a large bright living room with a high ceiling.”

“Located in the heart of the historic center of Nantes, L’Appart Enchanté is a charming cocoon nestled under the roof. Its colorful decoration is a nod to the musicals of Jacques Demy, who was born nearby. You will appreciate the calm, and the proximity of the shops of the city center. Completely renovated in 2023, it is located on the second floor: it is accessed by a relatively narrow stone staircase (unsuitable for people with mobility difficulties). SHEETS AND TOWELS PROVIDED.
L’Appart Enchanté opens onto a bright living room-kitchen. The living room, with vintage notes, is equipped with a television and a DVD player providing all of Jacques Demy’s films, as well as books devoted to him.
The kitchen is organized around a central island that allows you to cook or sit down on bar stools.
This living room leads to a double bedroom (140 cm bed) and a bedroom with two twin beds (which can be pushed together to form a 160 cm double bed). Each room is equipped with a chest of drawers, coat hooks and bedside tables.
Finally, a bathroom with a spacious shower, sink, WC and a washing machine hidden in a closet complete the package.
For fans of Jacques Demy, a tour of Nantes around the director (his story and his goals) is offered to visitors through a dedicated brochure, as well as a special Deezer Demy-Legrand playlist.
